“Over the last nine years, Michelle's advice has been fundamental to my development, both in my role as a teacher and Early Years leader, and on a personal level. She possesses a unique ability to recognise the strengths and needs of individuals and guide them towards their potential in the kindest and most supportive of ways. The training and mentoring materials she curates are always of the highest quality and tailored to the requirements of the setting; enhancing the provision and quality of education provided in our Early Years environment. If you are considering using Notice to Nurture, I would urge you to do so. As soon as you meet Michelle, you will realise she is one of those special people who you only meet a handful of times in life.”

“Michelle took me on board as the EYFS Lead during my time at a school as an agency worker who had stepped in as the EYFS teacher for the summer term. The first day I met Michelle she was kind and made me feel at ease immediately. Michelle was so professional and knowledgeable and together we planned all the lessons and made a huge difference to the children’s learning opportunities for the whole term. Michelle’s insight and ability to see what a child needs to thrive is outstanding and I am so privileged to have worked with her and to have been given the chance to have gained the skills required to achieve the positive outcomes that were achieved to allow these children to reach their potential.”

“I would like to say thank you to you Michelle for your support and guidance in making the EYFS in my school a wonderful environment for the children and staff to work in. Starting from scratch as a new build could have been very challenging and overwhelming if you hadn't have helped me. It has been so reassuring to learn that my ethos matches yours and that we can create amazing things when we all work together as a team, contributing ideas and sharing our experiences. Thank you for everything Michelle!”
