Who am I?
Michelle Gatward
Director of Notice to Nurture
Based in Essex, I have over fourteen years experience of working with children as a Young Carer Support Worker, Learning Support Assistant, Class Teacher, Senior Leader and Early Years Trust Manager. Through this varied experience, I have developed the following values that are central to my work:
- Pay attention and notice the value and individuality of everyone.
- Strive for greatness in ourselves and celebrate it in others; finding joy in progress and success.
- Develop strong relationships built on trust and respect so that we can work collaboratively and with honesty.

Where?
Depending on your circumstances and support needs, we can work together:
- Virtually: via email / video call
- In person: at a mutual location / home / school.
Although based in Essex, support in other locations will be considered following initial discussions.
When?
My hours are flexible and will vary from week to week but we will find a mutually agreeable time and date to work together. Due to my flexible working, I may email outside of standard working hours, but please be assured that I do not expect a response or action outside of your own working hours.
